What helps most: for a failed or surprising run, send the run ID and roughly when it started, so we can trace it end to end. For an x402 integration problem, include the exact HTTP status you got back and the client you are paying with - most issues turn out to be the payment header, not the simulation. For a bug in the site itself, the page URL and your browser are usually enough. Security reports go to GitHub rather than X, and please give us a chance to ship a fix before writing publicly about it.

A few things we get asked often, answered here to save you a message. You do not need an account to run a simulation - payment happens over x402 and the run is tied to the payment, not to a profile. Runs are public by default and show up on the sim page, so treat a scenario description as something anyone can read. Pricing is roughly a dollar per run because that is close to what the underlying model calls cost; there is no subscription and no seat licence. And if you want to embed MiroShark in your own agent, the docs cover the whole integration, from the 402 handshake through to reading the report back.

For anything commercial - volume pricing, a private deployment, or using MiroShark output in a product you sell - email is better than a public issue, and X DMs are open. We are a small team and we would rather have one detailed conversation than ten vague ones, so lead with what you are trying to learn from the swarm rather than the feature you think you need.
