Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and MiroShark. By using the service you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Last updated September 9, 2026.

Who we are

MiroShark (“MiroShark”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Aeon Inc, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. Questions about these terms: miroshark@proton.me.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using MiroShark - the website, the API, and any related services (the “Service”) - you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

MiroShark runs multi-agent social-media simulations. From a single prompt, URL, or article you receive an agent-driven simulation across social and prediction-market surfaces and a synthesized report. The Service is provided over the web and through a paid API endpoint that accepts payment using the x402 protocol.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including sanctions, export, and financial-services rules in your jurisdiction.

Accounts & wallets

Some features require signing in through our authentication provider and connecting or using a crypto wallet. You are responsible for the security of your credentials, wallet keys, and any activity that occurs under your account or wallet. Notify us promptly at miroshark@proton.me if you suspect unauthorized use.

Payments, pricing & x402

  • Pay-per-use. Paid runs are priced per call and settled in USDC through the x402 protocol on a supported network (currently Base, Solana, and Monad). The price and accepted networks are shown in the payment challenge returned by the endpoint before you pay.
  • On-chain settlement is final. Blockchain payments are irreversible and permanent. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the address specified in the payment challenge.
  • No refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a paid run fails for reasons within our control, contact us and we will make a good-faith effort to re-run it or otherwise make it right.
  • Network costs & third parties. You are responsible for any gas or network fees. Payment facilitators, wallets, and on-ramp providers are third parties governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
  • Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that apply to your use of the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal, or to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes others’ rights.
  • Generate or spread disinformation, impersonate real people or organizations to deceive, or use simulation outputs to manipulate markets, elections, or the public.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the payment gate, rate limits, or security of the Service.
  • Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that contains other people’s personal or confidential data without a lawful basis.
  • Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service or its outputs in violation of these terms or the rights of others.

AI-generated outputs

Simulations and reports are generated by AI models and are inherently probabilistic and fictional. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and the simulated agents, posts, and market trajectories are synthetic - not statements of fact about real people or events. Outputs are for research and informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use them, and you should independently verify anything you rely on.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, URLs, and content you submit (“Input”). You grant us a limited license to process your Input through our model providers solely to operate the Service and generate your results. You are responsible for your Input and for having the rights needed to submit it.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the website, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Aeon Inc and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and, unless stated otherwise, to use the outputs of your own paid runs. The MiroShark backend is licensed under AGPL v3; nothing here overrides the terms of that license for the corresponding source.

Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to third-party services (for example authentication, model inference, payment facilitators, wallets, blockchains, and on-ramps). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or conduct. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeon Inc and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or crypto assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeon Inc and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive - including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnities - survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the British Virgin Islands will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
